摘要
本文主要介绍镇江陆军船艇学校在6300ZC型柴油机发生烧瓦抱轴事故后,对其进行保护性修理,即在不拆卸气缸盖、活塞连杆机构、机体及不抬下曲轴的情况下,仅更换各道主轴承瓦的成功经验。
This article introduces the experience of repairing and replacement of crank shaft main bearing shell without dismantling cylinder cover, piston and connecting rod mechanism and cylinder block nor to remove crank shaft after the main bearing of 6300 ZC diesel engine was melted away and the crank shaft was seized up in an accident. The repairing work was designed and carried out by Zhengjiang Ship and Craft College of Army and the result proved successful.
