摘要
目前大秦线使用的分相绝缘器有两种,1401-1-1型环氧树脂分相绝缘器的缺点是重量较大,以致影响了该处接触网的弹性,优点是底部有宽8mm的斜槽,耐弧能力与耐电痕能力较强;而XTK型分相绝缘器的重量轻,安装后绝缘体不易产生弧度,弹性好且底面光滑,受电弓过渡平滑不易被碰撞,但烧损方面存在较大的缺陷,建议安装时确保水平,避免倾斜;2XTK型分相绝缘器在改进材质降低重量的同时,在底面加边缘改为圆弧的斜槽,以减小其与受电弓的碰撞。
sAt present, two types of sectioning equipment are used in Datong-Qinhuangdao railway line, 1401-1-1 epoxy resin sectioning equipment, which is heavier in weight, affects the elasticity of OCS, but it has an oblique slot of 8mm in width that makes the capability of anti-arc and anti-electric trace more higher; while XTK sectioning equipment is lighter in weight with many advantages such as: without easy producing radian after installation of insulation part, with very fine elasticity and smooth bottom, smooth passage of pantograph without easy collision of pantograph, however it has greater disadvantages in aspects of burning and weariness. The suggestion is: the horizontal installation shall be guaranteed to prevent it from inclination. In addition to improve the materials and decrease the weight of XTK sectioning equipment, the curved oblique slot shall be installed on the bottom of the device in stead of edge plate so as to minimize its collision with pantograph.
