摘要
目的 介绍用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗不稳定型腕舟骨骨折及腕舟骨骨折骨不连的疗效。方法 1992年 12月至 1996年 12月 ,用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗不稳定型腕舟骨骨折 2 0例 ,腕舟骨骨折骨不连 14例。结果 不稳定型腕舟骨骨折失访 5例 ,15例术后平均随访 12 .8个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ;腕关节活动范围在 10 6°～ 12 8°之间。腕舟骨骨折骨不连 14例术后平均随访 18.3个月 ,骨折愈合率为85 .7%。结论 Herbert螺钉治疗腕舟骨骨折具有对骨折端的加压作用、固定稳固、可经关节面置入。
Objective To investigate treatment outcome of unstable fracture and non-union fracture of the scaphoid by internal fixation using Herbert screw.Methods From December 1992 to December 1996, unstable fracture ( 20 cases ) and non-union fracture ( 14 cases) of the scaphoid were treated by internal fixation with Herbert screw. Results Unstable scaphoid fracture ( 15 cases ) was healed over a mean follow-up period of 12.8 months,with 5 cases loss of follow-up. The range of motion at wrist joint was between 106°and 128°. The healing rate of scaphoid non-union ( 14 cases) was 85.7% over an average period of 18.3 months follow-up. Conclusions Internal fixation with the Herbert screw for scaphoid fracture has obvious advantages: it can produce compression at the fracture site, provide rigid fixation of small bone fragments, be introduced through the articular surface of the joint and removal of the implant is not necessary.
