摘要
目的 :评价腹腔镜经腹膜后径路输尿管切开取石术的疗效。方法 :对 5 4例输尿管中上段结石患者行腹腔镜经腹膜后输尿管切开取石术 ,对滑入肾盂的结石结合输尿管镜取石。结果 :5 4例患者中 ,5 0例手术成功 ,成功率为 92 .6%。随访 1个月～ 2年 ,无中远期并发症。结论
Purpose:To evaluate retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods:54 cases of ureteral calculi were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy, among them two cases with stones slipping into the pelvis were transferred to ureteroscopy immediately.Results:Success achieved in 50 cases, success rate was 92.6 %. No complication was observed during the 1～24 month's follow up.Conclusions:The procedure is a selective method of minimal trauma for the treatment of ureteral calculi.
