摘要
价值观教育的必要性起自于全球化的世界图景和由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型的客观要求。从主体层面看,价值观教育的内容包括政府价值观、民众价值观;从结构说,它包括公平观、效率观、自由观、生态观和公共价值观。价值观教育的途径包括理念教育、制度教育和舆论教育;价值观教育的原则应该是话语权力的公平分配及其实效性。
The necessity of the education of the ideas of value comes from the world mapping in the process of globalization and the objective demands from the transformation from the planning economy system to the market economy system.From the subjective level,the contents of the education of the ideas of value should include the ideas of value for the governments,the ideas of value for the people.From the point of the structure,it should include the ideas of justice,the ideas of efficiency,the ideas of freedom,the ideas of ecology and the public value.The paths leading to the education of the ideas of value should include the education of ideas,the education of institutions and the education of the media.The principle of the education of the ideas of value should be the fair allocation of the discursive rights and its efficiency.
