摘要
根据渐开线齿轮的齿廓方程,建立孔穴齿轮结构应力计算的有限元数学模型。在有限元分析的基础上,研究齿轮轮齿端面开孔对受载轮齿应力的影响。通过改变孔的大小、位置及数目来改变齿根应力的大小和分布状态,降低轮齿受拉侧齿根弯曲应力最大值,以延长齿轮的弯曲疲劳寿命。
The finite element model for computing structure stress of gear with holes on the transverse face is built based on involute equation of tooth porfile. The effect for drilling the holes on the gear transverse face on stress in loaded tooth is studied by changing the sizes, position and number of holes on the basis of finite element analysis. The highest value of main stress on the fillet of the loaded flank on the tooth is decreased by optimizing three factors. So, the bending fatigue life will be prolonged in theory.
