摘要
林地流转是农村家庭联产承包责任制在林业上的延伸和发展 ,其收益分配是关系到流转利益机制建立的重要因素。
The forest land circulation is the stretched form of rural families′ output related contracted responsibilities,in which the revenue distribution is an important factor.The paper presents some problems concerning revenue distribution and offers countermeasures to carry out the reform of forest property rights.
