摘要
水是商品已逐步被大多数人民群众所认识和理解。目前 ,水价偏低 ,节水意识淡薄 ,供水不足等社会问题日趋严重。针对水利工程水价管理中水价整体水平偏低 ,水权价值体现不充分等实际问题 ,提出了水费改革的措施 。
It is not recognized and understood by most of the crowd that water is mercantile.The price of water is low.Ideas of people's saving water is not strong and the supply of water is not enough.It holds back the development of economic and this also can cause the social problem.This article describes the actual things on the price of water,and we will improve the price of project water to a suitable level.
