摘要
对一幢采用条形基础的 6层砖混结构住宅楼应用合理的纠倾技术 ,使其倾斜率恢复到规范要求的限值。分析了Ⅲ级湿陷性黄土地基上的建筑物在纠倾实践过程中的几个难点 ,论述了结构纠倾方案形成的思路和理由 。
The successful practice is introduced for rectifying a six storied brick concrete composite building with strip foundation by reasonable rectifying technique,which makes this buildings inclination ratio satisfy the codes requirement.Several difficult points in the process of rectifying this inclined building on the base of Ⅲ level collapsible loess are analyzed.Furthermore,the thinking and reason of forming the rectifying scheme are also discussed.These results can give some reference to the same kind of engineering project.
