摘要
薄膜(镀层)与基体之间的结合强度是评价薄膜质量的重要性能指标。目前使用最广泛的是划痕法和压入法。这些都属于一次性加载方式。一种较好的评定硬质膜膜基结合强度的方法是采用以临界剪切应力幅Dc作为判据的滚动接触疲劳法。通过与划痕法,压入法的对比可知表征结合强度大小的剪切应力幅只对界面因素敏感,对非界面因素不敏感,能真实反映膜基结合状态,是一个较为合理的动态结合强度判据。
Interfacial strength is one of the important properties of the coatings. Scratch and indentation methods, which belong to a semi-static load method are used widely at present. A proper way to evaluate the interfacial strength of coatings is rolling contact fatigue test, in which the critical shear stress range Dc is employed for the criterion of the interfacial strength. In comparison with criteria of scratch and indentation tests, critical shear stress range is sensitive to interfacial and insensitive to non-interfacial properties. This criterion can reflect the interfacial strength of coatings, therefore it is a more reasonable method for evaluating the dynamic bonding strength.
