摘要 探索理想的转基因技术是基因治疗的一项重要内容 ,而实现基因治疗的关键在于目的基因的高效和适度表达 ,载体系统的选择将直接影响基因治疗的效率和安全性。本文将介绍主要载体系统在转基因技术中的应用。
