摘要
因特网已成为企业业务过程的一个重要组成部分,但迄令为止却仅有少数企业利用因特网进行电子采购。本文的目的在于指明采用电子采购解决方案的潜力,以及采用电子采购解决方案实施快速移动项目的意义。在第一步中,电子采购被规定为电子商业的子领域,并从概念上界定了电子采购;随后阐述了电子采购系统的主要功能。在第二步中,既详细考察了采用电子采购系统的原因,也考察了使用时会出现的一些阻碍,对电子采购系统应用于快速移动项目也进行了讨论。最后评论性地提出了实施在线采购解决方案应该具备的前提。
The Internet has become a major component of business process, however, only a few companies are using Internet in their E-procurement today. The potential of E-procurement is pointed out and the significance of implementing fast-shift project with E-procurement is expounded. First, E-procurement is defined conceptually as the sub-field of E-business, and the major functions of E-procurement system explained. Second, the causes for adopting E-procurement system and possible barriers in its application are explored in much detail, including the application of E-procurement system in fast-shift project. Finally the preconditions necessary for implementation of on-line procurement are proposed.
