摘要 快淬速度 18m·s-1的Nd11Fe72 Co8V1.5B7.5薄片经 6 5 0℃× 4min晶化处理后 ,晶粒尺寸约 10 0nm ,该快淬薄片经 6 0 0℃× 4min晶化处理后制成的粘结磁体的磁性能 :Br=0 .6 6T ,JHC =780kA·m-1,(BH) max=6 9kJ·m-3 。 Nd 11Fe 72Co 8V 1.5B 7.5 ribbons were prepared by melt-spun(18m/s)and subsequent heat treatment.After treated the ribbons at 650℃ for 4min,the mean grain size was about 100nm.Excellent magnetic properties of the bonded magnet were achieved:B r=0.66T, JH C=780kA·m -1,(BH) max=69kJ·m -3?
