摘要
AB5型贮氢合金是目前国内外MH/Ni电池生产中使用最为广泛的负极材料 ,而贮氢合金的电化学性能是由合金的成分、微观结构和表面状态决定的。本文综述了AB5型贮氢合金制备工艺———熔炼、热处理以及制粉工艺对其化学性能的影响 ,指出了制备工艺对贮氢合金的成分均匀性和微观结构影响很大 ,而提高贮氢合金电化学性能最有效的方法是通过合金成分优化和采用较优的制备工艺 ,来获得高容量、长寿命、低价格的贮氢合金。
AB 5 type hydrogen storage alloys are widely used as negative material of MH/Ni battery.The electrochemical properties of hydrogen storage alloys are determined by the component of the alloys,microstructure and surface states.The effects of preparation technology of AB 5 type hydrogen storage alloys on the electrochemical properties were summarized.It is shown that preparation technology exerts great influence on homogenization and microstructure of the hydrogen storage alloys.However,the most effective way to obtain high capacity,long cycle life and low cost hydrogen storage alloys is to optimize the alloy components and use the better preparation technology.
