摘要
提出在化学交联的吸油树脂中引入物理交联的设想。认为物理交联的热可逆性和持久蠕动性可以解决吸油倍率低和吸放油可逆性差的缺点。介绍了物理交联网的类型与特性 ,综述了交联的缠结、拓扑因素、蠕动模型、横向扩散模型以及瞬变网模型。讨论了物理交联的热力学性质以及应力松弛特性。
The concept of physical crosslinking was introduced into the research field of oil absorption resin which was traditionally synthesised by chemical crosslinking. It′s trusted that two problems for the absorption resin, the low ratio of oil absorption and the irreversibility of oil releasing, can be solved by thermoreversibility and long time creep of physical crosslinking. In addition to the type and character of physical crosslink network, the entanglement, topological factors, reptation model, lateral diffusion model and transient network model were reviewed. The character of thermodynamics and stress relaxation of physical crosslinking were discussed.
