摘要
介绍了自激振动源喷嘴的工作原理 ,对围压条件下振动源喷嘴射流压力脉动特性和频率特性进行了实验讨论 ,实验研究了自激振动源喷嘴射流压力波动沿径向和轴向的传播规律 ,论述了自激波动注水的基本原理、注水器设计和现场实验结果。自振空化射流可用于自激波动注水的波动源 ,射流压力振动波沿径向传播距离达 10 0cm以上 ,沿轴向传播距离达 6 0 0cm以上。自激波动注水对因后期堵塞造成的地层吸水性变差具有明显的改善效果 :平均注水压力下降 2 1MPa ,平均单层日注水量增加 2 9m3 。
The working principles of nozzle with a self-excited oscillation source are introduced.The experimental results of the pressure impulse characteristics of the nozzle and the characteristics of the frequency attenuation under the ambient pressure are briefly described.The transmitting rules of the pressure fluctuation of the nozzle along the axes and the radial and the principles of water-injection with self-excited oscillation are presented.A kind of injector was designed and tested in the field.The study results show that the self-resonation cavitating jet can be used as the oscillation source of the self-excited oscillation water-injection.The oscillating pressure wave of water jet can transmit a distance more than 100 cm in radial direction and 600 cm in the axial direction.This method can improve the water injection efficiency distinctly for the reservoir with lower water subsorption during the later period due to build-up formation.The average injection pressure was reduced by 2.1 MPa,and the average volume of daily water injection for a single layer increased by 29m 3.It can also prolong the water-injection time for the general water-injection well.
