Experimental Study on Three-wavelength Optical Storage

摘要 描述了彩色多层光存储原理并建立彩色多层光存储的数学模型,建立了可用于彩色3层光存储研究的实验系统,对780nm、650nm和532nm激光敏感的3种光致变色材料的读写特性进行了研究。结果表明,数学模型与实测曲线比较吻合,其中650nm、532nm材料可作为彩色多层存储的记录介质,而780nm材料交叉串扰大,需改进。实验表明多波长光存储是可行的。 The principle of multi-wavelength multi-layer optical storage is presented, and its mathematical model is established. A suitable experiment of three-wavelength optical storage is built for the first time. The study of the read-write characteristics of the photochromic materials, which are sensitive to 780 nm, 650 nm and 532 nm wavelength respectively, are done on this experiment system. It is proved that the mathematical model fits the experiment results fairly well. The materials, which are sensitive to 650 nm and 532 nm wavelength respectively, are suitable to be used as recording materials for multi-wavelength multi-layer optical storage. While the material, which is sensitive to 780 nm wavelength, has large crosstalk, and needs to be improved. It is also proved that multi-wavelength optical storage method is feasible.
