摘要
目的:了解本院呼吸道致病菌的耐药状况。方法:应用K-B纸片法测定1998年10月至2000年5月261株呼吸道致病菌对31种抗菌药的耐药率。结果:铜绿假单胞菌对青霉素、吡哌酸耐药90%,不动杆菌对庆大霉素耐药68%、对妥布霉素86%,对三代头孢菌素也在30%以上。嗜麦芽假单胞菌对三代头孢菌素的耐药在49.0%以上,依诺沙星80.8%。结论:定期、系统的耐药性监测对临床合理有效的使用抗菌药有重要的指导意义。
Objective: To understand the pathogens' resistance in respiratory infection. Methods: 261 strains of resistance rats to 31 antibacterical agents were detected by K-B method in 1988, 10-2000, 05. Result: The result showed that the resistant rate of pseudomonas aeraginosa to penicillin, pipemidic acid was 90% , to third generation cephalosporin was >30% . The rasistance rates of acinetobacter to gentamycin and tobramycin were 68% and 86% , respectively. The rasistance rates of pseudomonas maltophilia to third generation cephalosporin and enoxacin were >40% and >80%>, respectively. Conclusion: The periodic detection of pathogens has a important significance to clinical use of antibacterial drugs.
