摘要
目的 探讨高温、噪声作业对工人心电图的影响。方法 选取沈阳市某铸钢厂铸造、锻造、锻压车间的接触高温、噪声者83名为暴露组,不接触高温和噪声的工人70名为对照组,进行心电图检测。结果 暴露组心电图异常者占31.3％,对照组异常心电图为10.0％。两组相比统计学差异非常显著(P<0.01),RR为3.13。并且暴露组心电图异常者随工龄增高而增多。结论 高温、噪声作业对工人心电图有明显影响。
[Objective]To study the Effect of hyperthermy and noise on workers' electrocardiogram. [Methods] Electrocardiogram of 83 workers exposed to hyperthermy and noise and 70 workers in control group was measured. [Results] The abnormal rate of EGG in the exposed group (31.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (10.0%) ( P <0.01, RR =3.13) The abnormal rate of EGG in exposed group increased gradually with the service length. [ Conclusion] Workers' electrocardiogram was greatly influenced by hyperthermy and noise.
