摘要
阐述了信息时代高校图书馆在自动化、网络化的影响下 ,参考咨询服务的方式、手段和内容都发生了变化 ,论述了参考咨询服务数字化和深层次化是今后高校图书馆参考咨询服务的发展趋势。
This paper presents that under the influence of automation and networking the reference service mode, means and contents has been changed in college and university Libraries, and puts forward that the automated reference is developing trend in college and university libraries in the future.
