摘要
通过对资讯和资讯服务资源的经济学分析,讨论了作为公益事业的资讯服务在经济学和社会学意义上价值取向的不同;提出资讯服务中的人文精神,就是减少和消除利用资讯服务的“马太效应”,给弱势群体以资讯服务援助。并提出体现资讯服务人文精神的五点建议。
The article makes an economics analysis of information and its service resources. Information service being public welfare, the article discusses its value difference in economics and sociology, and puts forward the humanism spirit in information service. In order to cut down and eliminate 'Matthew Effect' phenomenon in information service, and give aids to the inferior group, the article makes five suggestions which can embody the humanism spirit in information service.
