摘要
随着知识经济的到来,高新技术的应用,倡导“人与技术、技术与环境”融洽和谐的重要性、迫切性己越来越明显地表现出来,诸如:新技术革命的机遇,经济增长方式的转变等都对“人与技术、技术与环境”的融洽和谐提出了严峻的挑战,在一定意义上说,“融洽和谐”问题不仅直接关系到一个国家和地区经济发展目标的实现,而且也影响到整个人类的未来前途和命运。因此对人与技术、技术与环境之间的内在联系与发展规律必须有一个清醒的认识。
With knowledge economy coming and the new and advanced technology being applied, it is more and more important and urgent to advocate the friendly and harmonious relations between human and technology, and between technology and environment, such as the opportunity of the new technology revolution, the change of the economic growth, etc. which put severe challenges. In some sense, the problem 'friendly and harmonious relationship' is not only directly related to the implementation of the developing goals of economy in a country or within its region , but also affects the future and fate of the whole human. Therefore, the internal relations and the developing laws between human and technology, and between technology and environment must be cognized clearly.
