摘要
目的研究胸腹水沉淀物琼脂石蜡双包埋切片法的诊断价值。方法分别应用胸腹水沉淀物琼脂石蜡双包埋切片法和常规涂片法对600例胸腹水进行细胞学对比检查。结果用胸腹水沉淀物琼脂石蜡双包埋切片法制出的切片细胞结构完整,图像背景清晰,厚薄均匀,每10个高倍镜视野中的平均细胞数均多于用常规涂片法(P<0.01),用胸腹水沉淀物琼脂石蜡双包埋切片法确诊的恶性肿瘤均高于常规涂片法(P<0.01)。结论胸腹水沉淀物琼脂石蜡双包埋切片法提高了胸腹水细胞学检查的阳性率,该方法所需设备简单,易操作,便于普及推广。
Purpose To study the value of the agar - paraffin double - embedded sediments section method of hy-drothorax and hydroperitoneum in diagnosis. Methods 600 cases of hydrothorax and hydroperitoneum were observed by using the methods of agar- paraffin double - embedded section and routine smear respectively.Results In section, cell structures were integrity, the background of image was clear, the thickness was homogeneous.The average cell numbers per 10 high power fields were more than that of routine smear ( P < 0.01) , and the diagnosed malignant tumors were more than that of routine smear (P< 0.01) too. Conclusion agar- paraffin double - embedded sediments section method can improve the positive rates of hydrothorax and hydroperitoneum in cytological examination, with which the equipment simple, the manipulation is easy and it is easy to populari 3a tion.
