摘要
根据软件机械理念〔1〕,提出了在低速回转机械中产生不平衡重力矩及不平衡力矩变化时 ,可以采用对平衡重块实施位置移动和调整的办法来抵消不平衡力矩的方法。即对那些通过传感器求得的不平衡力矩 ,经计算机数字化处理后 ,得到各转动工位时的不平衡力矩大小 ,再通过对平衡重块的智能调整 ,使转动部分相对于回转轴线做到静力平衡 ,从而能改善机械的运转性能。实现这一目标的机构与软件模块的组合称作为软件可调平衡重装置。文中以天线为例 ,阐述软件可调平衡重装置的应用。
According to the philosophy and conception of software machinery 〔1〕 the balance mechanism can be adjusted to get balance in the rotating axis machine. It is called software adjusted balance mechanism with intelligence which could sense imbalance by sensors or compute it by the data measured and drive balance weight by motors. Finally, an example of the antenna adjusted balance mechanism has been described in this paper.
