摘要
目的:观察中药外洗联合基底部注射治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将152例观察患者随机分为2组,治疗组78例,采用微波、药物基底部注射联合中药外洗;对照组74例除不用中药外洗外,其他同治疗组。结果:2组的近期痊愈率、总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),并且治疗组近期痊愈的复发率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外洗联合药物基底部注射能显著提高尖锐湿疣的临床疗效,中药外洗方具有较好的抗病毒作用,可能与其有效清除潜伏的HPV,治疗亚临床感染、提高细胞的免疫功能有关。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of external wash of Chinese herbal drugs combined with basal injection for pointed condyloma (PC) . Methods: 152 cases of PC were allocated to two groups randomly, treatment group (78 cases) treated by microwave, medicinal wash and basal injection, and another group (74 cases) by omitting medicinal wash was as control. Results: The short-term cured rate and total effective rate between two groups showed very significant difference (P<0. 01), the short-term recurrence rate of treatment group was markedly lower than that of control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The Combined treatment can markedly increase the curative effect for PC. The herbal drugs for external wash exerts antiviral effect. They may effectively clear away the latent HPV, treat the subelinie infection and increase the cellular immunologic function.
