摘要
试验用实验遗传学方法研究了棘形茶斑(L^(ca))和菱纹茶斑(L^c)之间的关系,确认L^(ca)对L^c为显性。至此,L复等位基因群各基因间的显隐关系确定为L^(ca)>L^c>L>十~L。从基因的致死作用看,L^(ca)和L^c之间有互补作用。
The Brown-Spotted Caltrop mutation was discovered in our research laboratory. A study with the methods in experimental genetics showed that the gene L?is dominant over the gene L. The dominancl in the L multiple allels appeared in the order of Lca>Lc>L>+L. As in the case Lc/Lc,Lca is lethal. On the other hand,Lca/Lc is not lethal. Thus,Lca and Lc show complementation in terms of gene lethal effect and the L gene group may be regarded as a 'pseudoallelic group'.
