摘要
从多个固氮菌株中筛选到一株固氮酶活性较高的菌株W12,为明确该菌株对不同环境因子的适应性,本文测定了不同的生长环境条件下该菌株的生长量和固氮酶活性.结果表明,在15~40℃的温度范围内、pH4~8.5酸性至碱性环境和1.5%NaCl的高渗透压下,该菌株均能旺盛生长并表现很高的固氮活性;该菌株能利用多种碳源生长并固氮,还能耐受环境中存在的一定浓度的铵.说明该菌株对环境因子具有较广的适应性,并具有较强的生长活力和较高的固氮酶活性,故可望作为接种剂的功能菌株.
Effects of diverse environmental factors on the growth and nitrogenase activity of a nitrogenfixing bacteria strain W12 were investigated in our experiment. The results showed that W12 was capable of using various carbon sources, propagated quickly and exhibited quite high nitrogenase activity under a range of temperature, pH and sodium chloride concentration conditions: 1540 ℃, pH48.5, 0.011.5% NaCl. Nitrogenase activity could was also detected when W12 was cultured in the media containing 5 mmol/L NH4+. Accordingly, so far as its rapid growth and high nitrogen fixation activity were confident that W12 could easily adapt itself to diverse cultural environmental conditions and thus seems to be a promising inoculant in agricultural production.
