摘要
目的:研究粘毛鼠尾草化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析分离纯化,通过光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从粘毛鼠尾草乙醇提取物中分得6个化合物,经鉴定为:羽扇豆醇(Ⅰ)、11β-羟基-羽扇豆醇(Ⅱ)、3 β-乙酰基-11-β羟基-羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ)、乌苏酸(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、葫萝卜甙(Ⅵ)。结论:Ⅰ~Ⅵ化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Salvia roborowskii Maxim. Methods:Chromatography and spectroscopic analysis were employed to isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents in the plant. Results: Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as lupeol (Ⅰ) , 11β-hydroxy-lupeol(Ⅱ) ,3β-acetyl-11β-hydroxy-lupeol(Ⅲ), ursolic acid(Ⅳ) , β-sitosterol(Ⅴ) , daucosterol(Ⅵ). Conclusion: Ⅰ-Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
