摘要
目的 :探讨应用小剂量甘露醇和巴曲酶 (立止血 )联合治疗新生儿颅内出血的临床效果。方法 :6 6例颅内出血新生儿随机分成 2组 ,对照组常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗同时加用巴曲酶和小剂量甘露醇联合治疗。结果 :治疗组显效 2 2例 (6 6 7% ) ,死亡 11例 (33 3% ) ;对照组显效 14例 (42 4 % ) ,死亡 19例 (5 7 6 % )。两组比较 χ2 =3 89,P <0 0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 :小剂量甘露醇和巴曲酶联合治疗新生儿颅内出血 ,能有效止血和缓慢脱水 ,使绝大多数患儿在用药后 4 8h内控制出血 。
Objective:To explore clinical curative effect of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage with a bit of mannitol and batroxobin Methods: The subjects (66 cases) of study were randomly divided into two groups: observed group, control group Observed group were added with a bit of mannitol and batroxobin beside routine treatment,which control group took Results: The effectual rate of the observed group was 66 7% (22 case) and the death rate was 33 3% (11 case)and the The effectual rate of control group was 42 5% (14 case)and the death rate was 57 6% (19 case) There were significant difference in observed group compared with control group (χ 2=3 89, P <0 05) Conclusion:It has evident effects to apply a bit of mannitol and batroxobin in treating neonatol intracranial hemorrhage and has better prognesin
