摘要
用单辊熔体激冷法制得 Al6 5Si35(原子分数 / % ,下同 )的铝硅合金薄带 ,厚度为 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 3m m,宽度 2 mm。经过透射电子显微分析、能谱分析和 X射线衍射分析。结果表明该合金的组织结构由纳米 Si相、 fcc- Al纳米颗粒及非晶相组成。形成了纳米 /非晶复合材料。合金的显微硬度达到 HV2 30。
Ribbon of Al65Si35 (atom fraction/%) alloy in a thickness of 0.02-0.03 mm and a width about 2 mm was prepared by melt spinning method. The structure of the alloy is investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the structure of the alloy consists of amorphous phase and nanostructured crystals. The Vickers hardness of alloys is HV230.
