行为科学是提高企业管理水平的一个重要手段,在企业管理中如能恰当运用,往往能取得意想不到的效果。因为只有告诉人们要注重现代管理理论与企业的实践结合,才能尽快提高企业人员素质,提高企业管理水平,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中生存发展。
Behavioral science is a key method in promoting management level of enterprise. If it can be used properly, we can get unimaginable effects. We must tell people to pay more attention to combine modern management theory with enterprise practice. Thus can we make progress on personnel quality and management level of enterprise as quickly as possible and can the enterprise develop in sharp competition.
