颜色釉瓷是景德镇陶瓷的重要品类,是景德镇陶瓷历史研究的重要内容。《景德镇颜色釉瓷发展史》将景德镇颜色釉瓷这一独具特色的陶瓷品类发展进行了梳理,探讨了推动颜色釉瓷发展的历史成因和社会变迁,研究不同时期颜色釉瓷的工艺价值和艺术风格,归纳了颜色釉瓷进入近现代的技艺突破,总结了颜色釉瓷由工艺性向艺术性转变的美学特征,展望了高温颜色釉绘画的未来发展,是陶瓷理论研究对当代陶瓷发展的及时回应。
