摘要
目的:探讨风险评估策略基础下行手术室护理干预在宫颈癌根治术中的应用及对患者心理与社会适应能力、风险症状的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2024年1月期间在本院行根治性切除术治疗的宫颈癌患者132例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理干预、观察组采用风险评估策略基础下行手术室护理干预,比较两组康复指标、风险症状发生率、心理社会适应能力评分。结果:观察组肛门首次排气时间、留置引流管时间、住院时间以及风险症状发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组PAIS-SR总评分以及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膀胱功能恢复率、护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风险评估策略基础下行手术室护理干预能加速宫颈癌根治术患者康复进程,降低风险症状发生率,改善患者心理与社会适应能力,护理满意度高。
Objective:To explore the application of operating room nursing intervention based on risk assessment strategy in radical hysterectomy and its effect on psychological and social adaptability and risk symptoms of patients.Methods:132 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical resection in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with risk assessment strategy based descending operating room nursing intervention.The rehabilitation indicators,incidence of risk symptoms,psychosocial adaptability score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The first anal exhaust time,indwelling drainage tube time,hospitalization time and risk of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total PAIS-SR score and each dimension score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The bladder function recovery rate and the total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operating room nursing intervention based on risk assessment strategy can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients with cervical cancer radical surgery,reduce the incidence of risk symptoms,improve the psychological and social adaptability of patients,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
