摘要
为深入了解农村养老服务中心建设现状以及其在农村养老服务三级网络中的功能发挥,选取四川省若干区县展开实地调研,发现农村养老服务中心存在系统整合缺失、机构整合乏力、临床整合不能以老年需求为中心等问题。针对所存在的问题,基于整合照料理论,建议从顶层设计、信息平台设置、服务标准完善、专业队伍建设、五社联动等方面来推进区域性养老服务中心的机构整合,进而激发农村养老服务三级网络活力。
To gain a deeper understanding of the current status of rural elderly care service center construction and its role in the three-level network of rural elderly care services,this article selected several districts and counties in Sichuan Province to conduct field research.It is found that rural elderly care service centers have problems such as lack of systematic integration,weak institutional integration,and clinical integration that cannot focus on the needs of the elderly.Based on the theory of integrated care,it is suggested to promote the institutional integration of regional elderly care service centers from the aspects of top-level design,information platform setting,service standard improvement,professional team building,and five social linkage,in order to stimulate the vitality of the three-level network of rural elderly care service.
