摘要
自20世纪90年代起,国内各大高校开始探索素质拓展学分认定及替代制度,旨在培养创新实践人才。文章比较分析五所江苏南京“双一流”高校的素质拓展学分替代制度,以南京航空航天大学为例,通过2022年—2024年学分认定数据分析和重点对象访谈的形式,研究素质拓展学分认定及替代制度的运行现状与改进方向。研究结果表明:学生对学校现行的素质拓展学分认定及替代制度满意度较高,对制度的理解程度不高。建议提高学校规章制度的普及率和宣传力度,构建完善的素质拓展学分认定及替代体系,提升素质拓展学分认定及替代方式的智慧化和系统化。
Since the 1990s,various universities in China have been exploring the credit recognition and substitution system for comprehensive quality development,aiming to cultivate innovative and practical talents.This paper compares and analyzes the credit recognition and substitution systems for comprehensive quality development at five“first-rate universities”in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,taking Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an example.Through the analysis of credit recognition data from 2022 to 2024 and in-depth interviews with key subjects,this study investigates the current status and improvement direction of the credit recognition and substitution system for comprehensive quality development.The research findings show that students have a high level of satisfaction with the current credit recognition and substitution system for comprehensive quality development at the university,but their understanding of the system is not high.It is suggested that the university should improve the popularity and publicity of its regulations and establish a complete system for credit recognition and substitution for comprehensive quality development.It should also enhance the intelligence and systematization of credit recognition and substitution methods.
