摘要
为探究广西地方品种大化七百弄鸡生长发育规律,试验以健康状况良好的460只1日龄大化七百弄雏鸡为研究对象,测定其0~19周龄体重和体尺(体斜长、龙骨长、胫长、胫围、胸宽、胸深)数据,利用Logistic、Gompertz、Von Bertalanffy 3种生长曲线模型对其体重进行拟合,基于鸡发育时间拐点数据开展体重体尺相关性分析。结果表明:大化七百弄鸡0~19周龄公鸡体重均极显著或显著高于母鸡(P<0.01或P<0.05),其最佳生长模型为Von Bertalanffy模型。1周龄时公鸡胫长极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01);除3,5,13周龄胸宽和5周龄胸深外,公鸡3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19周龄的体尺性状均极显著或者显著高于母鸡(P<0.01或P<0.05)。拐点周龄体重体尺相关性分析发现9周龄公母鸡体重与6项体尺指标均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。说明体重、体斜长、龙骨长、胫长和胸深可用作该品种体型的选育指标。
In order to explore the growth and development patterns of the local variety Dahua Qibai Nong chickens in Guangxi,460 healthy 1-day-old Dahua Qibai Nong chickens were selected as the research subjects.Their body weight and size data(body skew length,keel length,shin length,shin circumference,chest width and chest depth)at O-19 weeks of age were measured,and the three growth curve models(Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy)were used to fit their body weight.A correlation analysis of body weight and size was conducted based on the inflection point data of chicken development time.The results showed that the body weight of 0-19 week old Qibai Nong roosters was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the optimal growth model was the Von Bertalanffy model.At the first week of age,the tibia length of roosters was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.01).At the ages of 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 and 19 weeks,the body size traits of roosters were significantly higher than those of hens(P<0.01 or P<0.05)except for chest width at 3,5,13 weeks of age and chest depth at 5 weeks of age.Results of the correlation analysis of body weight and body size at the inflection point showed that the body weight of 9-week-old roosters and hens was significantly correlated with six body size indicators(P<0.01),and the correlation between body weight and body length was the greatest.The results indicated that the correlation between body skew length and keel length was the greatest,and body weight,body skew length,and keel length could be used as breeding indicators for this breed.
