摘要
进入新时代后,中国艺术海外传播总体呈现出传播受众日益广泛、传播方式多样多彩、科技影响越发强势、民族精神深度融入四大特征。与之伴随的是总体国家安全观考量下存在的四大国家安全隐患,即复杂的受众环境引发的政治安全隐患、变革的传播方式引发的社会安全隐患、科技的广泛应用引发的科技安全隐患、多元的文化冲突引发的文化安全隐患。面对此情形,中国艺术界应力争提升政治敏感,严格交流纪律,关切科技发展,坚守艺术本真,全面践行总体国家安全观,维护国家安全。
Entering a new era,the overseas communication of Chinese art generally presents:audience of broadcasting is increasingly wide,modes of communication are diverse and varied,influence of technology is increasingly powerful,and The national spirit is deeply integrated.With it,there are four hidden dangers of national security under the consideration of the overall national security concept:political security risks caused by complex audience environment,social security risks caused by the communication mode of change,science and technology security risks caused by the wide application of science and technology,and cultural security risks caused by multiple cultural conflicts.Faced with this situation,the art circles should be sensitive to politics,strict communication discipline,concern about scientific and technological development,stick to the true nature of art.Then we will fully implement the overall national security concept and safeguard national security.
