摘要
【目的】为确保大型泵站实现安全、可靠、灵活的运行,并提高其运行的经济性,对大功率泵站供配电系统进行合理的设计和优化。【方法】以潍坊某大型排涝泵站为例,通过对泵站设计方案(负荷等级、供电电源、负荷统计计算)、变电所设计等进行深入探讨,详细分析该泵站供配电系统的设计与优化过程。【结果】通过应用主接线方案对比、需要系数法负荷计算、无功补偿及谐波抑制等措施,提出确保泵站安全可靠运行的双回路单母线分段高压供电方案,并采用高压就地无功补偿的方式,提高系统供电的可靠性和经济性。【结论】结合实际情况,对该系统的特点进行总结,并提出了进一步优化建议,通过合理的设备选型和电气主接线设计,为系统的未来扩容和改造提供了便利条件。未来,可引入智能化技术,提高系统的自动化水平和可维护性。
[Purposes]In order to ensure the safe,reliable and flexible operation of large pumping stations and improve the economy of their operation,the power supply and distribution system of high-power pumping stations is reasonably designed and optimized.[Methods]Taking a large drainage pump station in Weifang as an example,this paper analyzes the design and optimization process of its power supply and distribution system by deeply discussing the load grade,power supply,load calculation and substation design.[Findings]Through the comparison of main wiring schemes,load calculation of demand factor method,reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression,a design scheme is put forward to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pumping station,which improves the reliability and economy of the power supply system.[Conclusions]Combined with the actual situation,the characteristics of the system are summarized,and further optimization suggestions are put forward.Reasonable equipment selection and electrical main wiring design provide convenient conditions for the future expansion and transformation of the system.In the future,intelligent technology can be further introduced to improve the automation level and maintainability of the system.
