市政给排水长距离顶管施工技术研究

摘要 市政给排水工程是城市基础设施工程中的重要构成。随着技术的不断发展,长距离顶管施工技术应用日渐普及,其施工效率高、对周边环境影响小的优势契合当前的工程施工要求。因此,加强对该项技术的探索和研究,对于优化给排水工程效果具有重要意义。阐述了长距离顶管施工技术的优势及施工过程中的影响因素和控制方法,分析了进出洞技术、泥水平衡技术、顶进减摩技术等关键技术的应用要点,最后结合案例介绍了顶管技术的具体应用,希望能够给相关单位提供一定的参考和帮助。 Municipal water supply and drainage engineering is an important component of urban infrastructure engineering.With the continuous development of technology,the application of long-distance pipe jacking construction technology is becoming increasingly popular.Its advantages of high construction efficiency and minimal impact on the surrounding environment are in line with current construction requirements.Therefore,strengthening the exploration and research of this technology is of great significance for optimizing the effectiveness of water supply and drainage engineering.Based on this,this article first briefly introduces the advantages of long-distance pipe jacking construction technology,as well as the influencing factors and control methods during the construction process.Then,it elaborates on the application points of key technologies such as tunnel entry and exit technology,mud water balance technology,and jacking friction reduction technology.Finally,combined with case studies,the specific application of pipe jacking technology is introduced,hoping to provide some reference and assistance to relevant units.
