摘要
随着我国城市化进程的快速推进,地下管线无序建设、城市道路拉链式开挖导致交通拥堵等问题凸显,而地下综合管廊极大地促进了城市地下空间的综合利用和一体化管理,对推动城市经济建设和高质量发展具有深远影响。防止地下水渗漏是地下工程施工的重点和难点。结合广州市天河智慧城地下综合管廊项目阐述了综合管廊防水原则,介绍了管廊外防水施工要点,包括管廊明挖法、暗挖法及细部防水施工要点,旨在为相关领域的从业者提供有价值的参考依据。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization in our country,issues such as disorderly construction of underground pipelines and traffic congestion caused by the"zipper"excavation of urban roads have become prominent.Underground integrated pipelines have greatly promoted the comprehensive utilization of urban underground space and integrated management,which has a profound impact on promoting urban economic construction and high-quality development.Preventing groundwater leakage is a key focus and challenge in underground construction projects.This paper elaborates on the waterproof principles of the underground integrated pipeline project in Tianhe Smart City,Guangzhou,introduces the key points of waterproof construction outside the pipeline,and thoroughly discusses the key points of open-cut and tunneling methods,as well as the details of waterproof construction.The aim is to provide valuable reference for practitioners in related fields.
