乡村中小学教师信息技术应用能力调查——基于贵州省的实证分析

摘要 随着教育信息化迈入2.0时代,乡村中小学教师亟需适应这一变革趋势,这一现状凸显了提升信息技术应用能力的重要性。文章基于《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》,参考前期研究者的问卷,对贵州省部分乡村中小学教师的信息技术应用能力进行了详细的调查。通过对调查结果的深入分析,文章总结了乡村中小学教师在“技术素养”“组织与管理”“评估与诊断”“计划与准备”以及“学习与发展”等五个维度存在的问题,并基于这些问题进行讨论,提出了针对性的策略,旨在有效提升乡村中小学教师的信息技术应用能力,推动教育信息化在乡村地区的深入发展。 As education informationization transitions into its 2.0 era,it is imperative for rural primary and secondary school teachers to adapt to this transformative trend,thereby underscoring the importance of enhancing their information technology application capabilities.This study,grounded in the"Standards for Information Technology Application Ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)",conducts a comprehensive survey of the information technology application competencies among rural teachers in Guizhou Province,referencing questionnaires used by prior researchers.Through an in-depth analysis of the survey results,it identifies issues faced by rural teachers across five dimensions:"Technology and Literacy","Organization and Management","Assessment and Diagnosis","Planning and Preparation",and"Learning and Development".Based on these findings,targeted strategies are proposed to effectively enhance the information technology application abilities of rural primary and secondary school teachers,thereby facilitating the profound development of educational informationization in rural areas.
