摘要
数字技术建构了全新媒介场域,其在生态文明建设领域所展现的巨大潜力亦描绘了生态文明主流价值观培育的美好图景:算法推荐的介入提高了生态文明主流价值观培育的“精度”;万物互联的搭载拓宽了生态文明主流价值观培育的“广度”;虚实融合的应用升华了生态文明主流价值观培育的“温度”。同时,数字技术赋能生态文明主流价值观培育也面临着多样风险:“数字鸿沟”引发生态文明主流价值观培育的离散性风险;“信息茧房”引发生态文明主流价值观培育的环境性风险;“数字成瘾”诱导生态文明主流价值观培育的主体性风险;“技术垄断”导致生态文明主流价值观培育的安全性风险。对此,应通过强化数字之“基”、培育数字之“观”、完善数字之“治”、理顺数字之“序”等手段,切实提升数字技术赋能生态文明主流价值观培育的正值功效。
Digital technology has constructed a brand-new media field,and its great potential in the field of ecological civilization construction also paints a beautiful picture of the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization:the intervention of algorithm recommendation improves the“accuracy”of the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization;the carrying of the interconnection of everything broadens the“breadth”of cultivating the mainstream values of ecological civilization;the application of virtuality and reality integration sublimates the“temperature”of cultivating the mainstream values of ecological civilization.At the same time,digital technology also faces various risks in empowering the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization:the“digital divide”leads to discrete risks in the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization;“information cocoon room”causes environmental risks in the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization;“digital addiction”induces the subjective risk of cultivating the mainstream values of ecological civilization;“technology monopoly”leads to security risks in the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization.In this regard,we should timely enhance the positive effects of empowering the cultivation of mainstream values of ecological civilization by strengthening the“foundation”of digits,cultivating the“view”of digits,improving the“governance”of digits,and straightening out the“order”of digits.
