锂电池检测连接阻值对循环性能的影响

摘要 实验室通过对锂电池进行充放电循环研究其循环性能,根据循环寿命曲线和数据分析其材料体系的合理性,循环跳水失效原因常归因于材料体系不匹配、电解液不合理和制造工艺缺陷等因素。通过实验发现,充放电柜与电池之间的连接阻值对循环性能的影响非常大,连接阻值不合理易导致循环寿命异常、电池温度升高等异常现象。在连接阻值低于0.1 mΩ时,其循环寿命正常,且无温度异常升高等情况。 The laboratory studies the cycle performance of lithium batteries through charging and discharging cycles,and analyzes the rationality of its material system according to the cycle life curve and data.The reasons for its cycle diving failure are often attributed to factors such as the mismatch of its material system,unreasonable electrolyte,and manufacturing process defects.It is found that the connection resistance between the charging and discharging cabinet and the battery has a great influence on the cycle performance,and the unreasonable connection resistance is easy to lead to abnormal cycle life and battery temperature rise.When the connection resistance value is lower than 0.1 mΩ,the cycle life is normal,and there is no abnormal temperature rise.
