摘要
肿瘤相关焦虑抑郁是以肿瘤为基础疾病继发的病理性情绪变化,具有高发病率、低诊断率和治疗率的特点。曹建雄教授尤其关注患者的情绪状态,通过长期临床实践,总结发现本病以气郁质体质最为常见,病位多在肝脾,主要病机为木郁土虚,辨证以属肝郁脾虚证者居多。因此,在治疗上注重从肝脾入手,采用疏肝健脾理气之法,常以小柴胡汤加减调和肝脾、疏畅气机,配伍玫瑰花、磁石、石菖蒲、麦芽、合欢皮、薄荷、郁金等药以增强调畅气机之功,每获良效。
Cancer-related anxiety and depression are pathological emotional changes secondary to tumor-based diseases and are characterized by high incidence,low diagnosis and treatment rates.Professor Cao pays special attention to the emotion of patients.Through long-term clinical practice,it is found that the most common physique of this kind of patients is Qi stagnation quality.The disease site is mostly located in the liver and spleen,and the main pathogenesis is liver stagnation taking advantage of the spleen,so the clinical syndrome differentiation is mostly stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency.Therefore,we should focus on the liver and spleen in the treatment,and adopts the method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen to regulate Qi.Professor Cao often uses Xiaochaihu Decoction to reconcile the liver and spleen and comfort Qi machine.It is often combined with Rosae Rugosae Flos,Radix Curcumae,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Hordei Fructus Germinatus,Albiziae Cortex,Menthae Haplocalycis,Curcumae Radix and other medicines to enhance the effect of regulating Qi and achieve good results every time.
