摘要
内蒙古教育行业人才队伍建设在各级人才的增量、人才结构的优化等方面取得了一定成绩。但普通初高中、中等职业学校、特殊教育教师拥有高级职称特别是正高职称所占的比例相对较低,未评定职称教师所占的比例较高。相关部门应在增加基础教育正高职称名额、完善职称评定标准、提高教师业务能力等方面采取相应的措施;全面发挥学校和教职工的积极性,加强对未评定职称教师的培训,激发教学人员职称晋级的进取精神和工作积极性,进一步促进教育行业人才队伍的优化。
The construction of a talent team in the education industry in Inner Mongolia has achieved good results in terms of the increase in the number of talents at levels and the optimization of the talent structure.However,the proportion of teachers with senior titles,especially those with the highest senior titles,is relatively low in the teams of ordinary junior and senior high schools,secondary,vocational schools,and special education schools.The proportion of teachers without any title is relatively high.Relevant departments should take corresponding measures in increasing the number of senior high-level titles in basic education,improving the standards for title evaluation,and enhancing professional abilities;fully mobilize the enthusiasm of schools and faculty and staff,strengthen the training of teachers who have not been evaluated for titles,stimulate the initiative enthusiasm of teaching personnel for title promotion and work,and further promote the optimization of the teaching talent team.
