摘要
2型糖尿病作为终身疾病需长期服药或胰岛素治疗,患者常并发焦虑抑郁。2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁发病率高,且逐渐趋于年轻化。现代医学对于该疾病的发病机理研究进展虽较快,但在药物治疗方面病程长且相对进展缓慢,而传统中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁历史悠久且疗效显著、优势明显。通过杨传经教授“少阳三焦”之纵横论运用柴芩温胆开郁汤治疗2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁症的认识,他指出人体以少阳为气机表里内外之枢,三焦为气机升降出入之枢,气机升降如常与少阳三焦气道的畅达密切相关。枢机利及三焦畅,则不降脂而脂自降,不降酶而酶自降的效果,为中医临床治疗2型糖尿病合并焦虑提供新的研究思路及方法。
Type 2 diabetes is a lifelong disease that requires long-term medication or insulin treatment,and patients often suffer from anxiety and depression.The incidence of type 2 diabetes combined with anxiety and depression is high,and it is gradually becoming younger.Although modern medicine has made rapid progress in research on the pathogenesis of this disease,drug treatment has a long course and relatively slow progress.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating type 2 diabetes combined with anxiety and depression,and has significant curative effects and obvious advantages.Through Professor Yang Chuanjing’s“Shaoyang Triple Jiao”theory,he used Chaiqin Wendan Kaiyu Decoction to treat type 2 diabetes combined with anxiety and depression.He pointed out that the human body uses Shaoyang as the pivot of Qi inside and outside,and the triple Jiao is the Qi machine.As the hub of rising and falling in and out,the rising and falling of the Qi machine is closely related to the smoothness of the Shaoyang triple burner airway.If the cardinal benefits the triple energizer,the lipids will not lower but the lipids will decrease automatically,and the enzymes will not decrease but the enzymes will decrease automatically.This provides new research ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and anxiety with traditional Chinese medicine.
