摘要
为实现农作物秸秆资源化,将玉米秸秆化学改性成生物炭吸附剂。以玉米秸秆为原料,采用氯化锌为改性剂成功制备了一种重金属吸附剂(ZCS),用于水中Cr^(6+)的吸附去除。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对改性前后的玉米秸秆生物炭进行表征,利用紫外可见分光光度计研究了改性前后玉米秸秆生物炭对六价铬离子的吸附性能,结果表明,ZCS表面出现许多微孔,中间呈空心结构。通过单因素试验考察了pH、投料量、温度和时间对吸附效果的影响,结果表明,最佳的吸附条件为pH值为1.5,投料量为0.1g,温度为30℃,吸附时间为90min,在最佳吸附条件下,ZCS对Cr^(6+)的去除率为97.28%。
To achieve the resource utilization of crop straw,corn straw is chemically modified into a biochar adsorbent.A heavy metal adsorbent(ZCS)was successfully prepared using corn straw as raw material and zinc chloride as a modifier for the adsorption and removal of Cr^(6+)in water.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the modified corn straw biochar before and after modification.The adsorption performance of corn straw biochar on hexavalent chromium ions before and after modification was studied using a UV visible spectrophotometer.The results indicate that there are many micropores on the surface of ZCS,with a hollow structure in the middle.The effects of pH,feed rate,temperature,and time on adsorption efficiency were investigated through single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions were pH 1.5,feeding amount of 0.1 g,temperature of 30℃,and adsorption time of 90 minutes.Under the optimal adsorption conditions,the removal rate of Cr^(6+)by the ZCS method is 97.28%.
