摘要
随着功率半导体器件的进步,UPS高频机已占据主导地位。尽管如此,输出带隔离变压器的UPS机型,因其可滤除负载端谐波、实现UPS与负载之间的电气隔离、过载短路保护能力强等优势,在电网不稳定的工业应用场合依然特别受欢迎。但是,输出隔离变压器的加入会使得高频UPS输出滤波环节阻抗变大,导致UPS输出稳压精度和动态性能变差。针对此问题,提出一种新的控制方案,可以提升高频UPS在输出带隔离变压器应用场合的系统输出电压稳压精度和动态特性,缩短输出带隔离变压器高频UPS系统的开发周期,降低开发成本和维护成本,并通过实验结果验证了方案的可行性和有效性。
With the advancement of power semiconductor devices,UPS high-frequency machines have taken the dominant position.However,UPS models with output isolation transformers are still particularly popular in industrial applications with unstable power grids due to their advantages of filtering out harmonics at the load end,achieving electrical isolation between the UPS and the load,and strong overload and short-circuit protection capabilities.However,the addition of and output isolation transformer will increase the impedance of the highfrequency UPS output filtering link,resulting in a decrease in the UPS output voltage stabilization accuracy and dynamic performance.In response to this issue,this article proposes a new control scheme that can improve the accuracy and dynamic characteristics of system output voltage stabilization in high-frequency UPS models with output isolation transformers,shorten the development cycle of high-frequency UPS systems with output isolation transformers,reduce development and maintenance costs,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme in our company.
