摘要
在国有企业深化改革的关键时期,内部收入分配制度成为国有企业内部治理体系优化的重要组成部分,也是落实按劳分配为主体的分配原则的载体,并且在完善要素市场化配置中起到决定性作用。在此背景下,文章围绕大中型国有企业薪酬管理体系优化改革进行探讨,简述薪酬管理体系优化改革的作用,重点分析大型国有企业薪酬管理体系优化改革的难点,最后基于讨论和分析,针对改革难点问题,逐一提出应对策略。
In the critical period of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,its internal income distribution system has become an important part of the optimization of the internal governance system of state-owned enterprises,and is also the carrier of implementing the distribution principle of distribution according to work as the main body,and plays a decisive role in improving the market-oriented allocation of factors.In this context,the article discusses the optimization and reform of the compensation management system for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,briefly describes the of the compensation management system optimization and reform,focuses on analyzing the difficulties in the optimization and reform of the compensation management system for large state-owned enterprises,and finally based on the discussion and analysis,puts forward countermeasures for the difficulties in the reform one by one.
