摘要
目的:探讨脉血康胶囊结合徵调音乐在肿瘤患者采取完全性植入式输液港(totally implantable access port,TIAP)后并发症中的预防效果。方法:回顾性纳入300例行输液港置入的恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。参考输液治疗指南对两组患者行TIAP植入,对照组术后第1天采取常规护理措施干预;治疗组于此基础上采取脉血康胶囊结合徵调音乐干预。连续干预2周后观察两组并发症、不良事件发生情况。结果:TIAP不良事件发生率治疗组[2.0%(3/150)]低于对照组[10.00%(15/150)](P<0.05);TIAP并发症发生率治疗组[4.67%(7/150)]低于对照组[11.33%(17/150)](P<0.05)。结论:使用脉血康胶囊结合徵调音乐干预肿瘤TIAP患者可明显减少并发症,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective:To explore the prevention effects of Maixuekang capsules and Zhi-tune music on the complications of totally implantable access port(TIAP)in patients with tumor.Methods:After retrospectively analyzing clinical data of 300 patients with malignant tumor,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different therapeutic methods.TIAP implantation was performed in both groups with reference to infusion therapy guidelines,the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention on the first day after the oepration,and the observation group received Maixuekang capsules and Zhi-tune music based on the nursing intervention.To observe the complications and adverse events in the two groups after two weeks of the intervention.Results:The incidence of TIAP adverse events was[2.0%(3/150)]in the observation group,lower than[10.00%(15/150)]in the control group(P<0.05);TIAP complication incidence was[4.67%(7/150)]in the observation group,lower than[11.33%(17/150)]in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maixuekang capsules and Zhi-tune music could reduce the complications of TIAP in tumor patients and lower the incidences of adverse events.
